A fin that offers maximum propulsion
The rigid structure of the fins provides an intense muscle workout.
The open-heel foot pocket provides a good hold and great freedom of movement.
Description
Top Fins swimming fins are rigid fins. The stiffer a blade is, the greater muscular exertion will be. The more FLEXIBLE a blade is, the more efficient and sweeping the kick will be. Your muscular energy will generate the type of effort you’re looking for (cardiovascular or muscular effort).
Top Fins swimming fins are long fins. Sizes in detail: - 37-39: 41 cm - 40-42: 42 cm - 43-45: 45 cm Short blades guarantee a good kick frequency and a good cardio workout. Movements are very close to “natural” swimming movements. The long blade guarantees a more sweeping kick and a stronger muscle workout.
Top Fins swimming fins are fins with an open foot pocket. The type of foot pocket on a pair of fins determines how well the foot is supported during kicking (important for effective kicking). Open foot pockets allow for greater freedom of movement for your ankles. Closed foot pockets hold your feet in their natural position.
OPEN HEEL Fin foot pockets hold the foot in place when kicking (important for an efficient kick). As such, you should take the time to try on your fins before buying. You need to check that the foot fits well in the foot pocket and the uncovered area (to prevent water from entering). It is important to choose the right size. There are 2 types of foot pockets: open heel and full foot.
