Flexible EVA midsole for shock absorption
OUTDOOR CONTACT©-certified to reduce the risk of slipping on smooth surfaces
Waterproof inner membrane, guaranteeing 2 hours of waterproofing under the rain
Description
Our shoes undergo an intensive test in the lab to guarantee their waterproofing ability. They are immersed in water and folded to simulate actual hiking conditions. This test ensures that your feet will stay dry, even in rainy or wet conditions.
300 g per shoe in UK size 5.5.
- Cleaning mud off: Remove dry mud with a hard brush, - Treating stains: Brush with warm water, - Drying: Air dry until completely dry - Re-waterproofing: Spray a solution to restore water-repellency. View the gas-free re-waterproofing spray (8800346)
The grip of our soles is certified. The boot must pass laboratory tests to define its friction coefficient on smooth surfaces. To validate these tests, we assess the quality of our soles out in the field, by a panel of representative testers over 500 kms.
When walking in the forest, on the coast or every day, your feet are presented with numerous constraints. If your shoes rub, this can be unpleasant, especially when you’re also sweating. And the cold can be really uncomfortable if you don’t have adequate protection.
